Develop and manage Microsoft Fabric and Power BI platforms, including data pipelines, lakehouses, semantic models, reporting, integrations, governance, and automation. Support internal applications and enable Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI capabilities. Partner with business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions while establishing standards for data quality, security, self-service analytics, and enterprise data governance.

Provides administrative support for European consultant staffing and deployment. Maintains project information and consultant allocations in SAP, follows up on timesheets, coordinates staffing logistics, manages correspondence, and responds to consultant and team enquiries. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, prioritization, and confidence using Microsoft Office and administrative systems in a collaborative international environment.

Consultants develop data-driven methodologies, build Excel and Tableau models, conduct market and competitive research, analyze financial and operational data, and present strategic recommendations to TMT clients. They also support market sizing, go-to-market planning, business plan assessments, internal initiatives, recruiting, mentoring, and firm-building activities. The role requires strong quantitative, communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with regular office attendance and travel as needed.
