Designs, implements, secures, and maintains global network and infrastructure environments across international offices. Responsibilities include Azure networking, Check Point SASE, Aruba switching and wireless, Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Veeam backups, monitoring, patching, vulnerability remediation, troubleshooting, project delivery, and external vendor coordination. Provides second- and third-level support while contributing to infrastructure modernization and operational stability.

As a Business Analyst, you will conduct analyses, manage project workstreams, generate insights, and support client communications, shaping the TMT sector's future.

Provide HR operational support across the EMEA employee lifecycle from the Munich office, ensuring compliance with German labour law, improving onboarding and internship programmes, managing visa/work permit processes, supporting DEI and employer branding, and leading HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
