Serve as the on-site HR business partner for the plant, implementing HR strategies and policies. Support recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations and investigations, performance and salary administration, payroll/timekeeping oversight, training, retention and succession planning, and guide leaders on coaching and compliance.

The Regional Technical Leader supports technical teams across multiple sites, focusing on growth, training, safety, compliance, and operational excellence in plastics manufacturing.

Lead shift team for blow molding operations ensuring safety, quality, GMP and CPS compliance. Operate and troubleshoot blow-mold machines, perform minor repairs, change tooling, train employees, document production metrics, conduct quality checks and audits, support maintenance, warehouse shipping, and lab sampling. Provide performance feedback and coordinate with plant leaders; may lead multiple departments or a mid-to-large department.
