Provide regional hands-on technical leadership for blow-molding and plant support: train operators and maintenance staff, troubleshoot hydraulic/electrical equipment, drive continuous improvement, manage vendor relationships and budgets, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, implement emergency response plans, and maintain maintenance documentation while traveling frequently across the region.

The packager is responsible for properly packing materials and finished products, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean workspace.

The Assistant Plant Manager will lead daily operations, manage teams, ensure production quality and compliance, and implement process improvements in the manufacturing facility.
