Optimize extrusion blow molding processes, set up and change over machines and molds, control wall distribution and parison profiles, troubleshoot quality defects, and adjust hydraulic and pneumatic systems. The role partners with production, maintenance, quality, and mold change technicians to perform root-cause analysis and continuous improvement. Mandatory overtime may be required.

Performs packaging of materials and finished products, operates designated production lines and packaging equipment, monitors conveyors, clears bottle jams, conducts drop tests and hourly inspections, removes defective products, and reports quality issues. The role requires adherence to GMP, safety procedures, customer packaging specifications, cleanliness standards, and teamwork. Employees regularly stand, walk, handle materials, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds in a loud production environment.

Completes a rotational plant operations program across production, quality, maintenance, and safety. Analyzes KPIs, production reports, SPC data, and operational processes to identify root causes and improvement opportunities. Leads assigned continuous-improvement projects, develops recommendations, supports safety and compliance initiatives, and presents findings to plant leadership. The role requires production-floor presence, flexible scheduling, physical work, and potential mandatory overtime.
