Operate and maintain a palletizer and downstream equipment to stack and assemble finished products. Assemble materials, run shrink-wrap machine, clear jams, perform changeovers, inspect finished product, remove scrap, complete production and inspection reports, report malfunctions and quality issues, and follow safety and Good Manufacturing Practices. May require mandatory overtime.

Provide regional hands-on technical leadership for blow-molding and plant support: train operators and maintenance staff, troubleshoot hydraulic/electrical equipment, drive continuous improvement, manage vendor relationships and budgets, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, implement emergency response plans, and maintain maintenance documentation while traveling frequently across the region.

The packager is responsible for properly packing materials and finished products, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean workspace.
