Teams at Altium Packaging

Performs packaging of materials and finished products in a production environment. Operates packaging equipment and conveyor systems, moves materials, conducts bottle drop tests and hourly quality inspections, clears jams, discards defective products, and follows customer packaging requirements, GMP policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements. Maintains a clean work area and collaborates effectively with team members.

Manage annual compensation cycles, including merit and incentive programs, audits, validations, and post-cycle support. Advise HR partners and leaders on pay decisions, promotions, offers, and job leveling. Maintain Workday compensation data, dashboards, job profiles, grades, and governance controls. Lead market pricing using Radford and Culpepper surveys, support job architecture, respond to compensation inquiries, and provide analytical insights while ensuring compliance and equitable practices.

Completes a rotational manufacturing program across production, quality, maintenance, and safety. Analyzes KPIs, production reports, and SPC data; identifies root causes and improvement opportunities; prepares recommendations for plant leadership; and leads continuous-improvement projects focused on efficiency, quality, safety, cost, and waste reduction. The role requires production-floor presence, flexible scheduling, physical work, and support for compliance and operational decision-making.
