Own demand forecasting and inventory optimization for assigned brands and categories. Analyze sales, seasonality, promotions, and market trends; develop dashboards and exception-based reporting; recommend replenishment and purchasing actions; support financial planning and open-to-buy processes; and improve forecasting methods using new data sources, AI, and automation. Collaborate with buying and cross-functional teams to communicate inventory risks and opportunities.

The Product Manager will lead the ecommerce experience from concept through launch, defining product requirements, prioritizing the roadmap, optimizing customer journeys, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with UX, engineering, and stakeholders. The role requires data-driven decision-making, agile delivery, interactive prototyping, change management, and effective use of AI tools for research, documentation, process improvement, and product enhancement. French and English fluency is required.

Supports the Controller with full-cycle accounting, tax activities, financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, inventory accounting, audits, internal controls, and process improvements. Supervises the accounts payable team, manages supplier information, tests system integrations, documents financial procedures, performs account analyses, and responds to internal and external inquiries. The role requires a CPA, extensive accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, bilingual French and English communication, and relevant team management experience.
