The Analyst in AFS Operations manages REO property preservation for reverse mortgages, coordinates inspections, secures properties, oversees maintenance tasks, and ensures timely completion of tasks, collaborating with various departments.

Supports construction project funding and inspection workflows by reviewing draw requests, inspection results, underwriting materials, contractor qualifications, budgets, and compliance documentation. Updates construction management software, orders inspections, tracks draw status, monitors service-level agreements, maintains data integrity, and communicates with internal teams and external clients to ensure timely service delivery.

Manage and expand existing client relationships in the mortgage services industry. Responsibilities include customer onboarding, relationship planning, escalation management, vendor capacity and SLA coordination, pipeline oversight, and weekly performance reporting with trend and root cause analysis. The role partners with sales operations and internal executives while addressing technical and service concerns. Mortgage origination operations knowledge, including lending, underwriting, servicing, pipeline management, and Encompass or similar loan origination systems, is preferred.
