Responsibilities include executive relationship building, consultative selling, conference participation, market development, and navigating mortgage default servicing, regulatory, foreclosure, REO, auction, and CWCOT processes.

The Analyst in AFS Operations manages REO property preservation for reverse mortgages, coordinates inspections, secures properties, oversees maintenance tasks, and ensures timely completion of tasks, collaborating with various departments.

Manage and expand existing client relationships in the mortgage services industry. Responsibilities include customer onboarding, relationship planning, escalation management, vendor capacity and SLA coordination, pipeline oversight, and weekly performance reporting with trend and root cause analysis. The role partners with sales operations and internal executives while addressing technical and service concerns. Mortgage origination operations knowledge, including lending, underwriting, servicing, pipeline management, and Encompass or similar loan origination systems, is preferred.
