Own the marketing technology product roadmap and systems backlog while managing end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and marketing SaaS initiatives. Translate marketing goals into requirements, user stories, and technical priorities; coordinate developers, architects, BSAs, and stakeholders; facilitate Agile ceremonies and UAT; manage dependencies, risks, integrations, data flows, and deployment readiness; and communicate roadmap progress and technical tradeoffs to leadership.

Owns the Salesforce and marketing automation lead-to-opportunity ecosystem. Partners with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, engineering, and IT to gather requirements, map processes, design solutions, manage integrations, oversee UAT, maintain data integrity, and optimize lead routing, scoring, attribution, and conversion. The role also supports Agile delivery, release management, documentation, training, and compliance across Salesforce and MarTech systems.

Build and maintain backend services, APIs, workers, shared libraries, and cloud-native runtime infrastructure for Alteryx Cloud orchestration and job execution. Develop asynchronous, event-driven, distributed systems with queues, persistence, retries, and failure recovery. Improve reliability through observability, testing, deployment tooling, and incident follow-up while collaborating across engineering and product teams.
