Leads the organization’s fundraising and development strategy, including major gifts, grants, corporate partnerships, annual giving, planned giving, events, and campaigns. Cultivates donor and partner relationships, oversees stewardship and grant reporting, manages fundraising staff and volunteers, collaborates with leadership and the board, and tracks progress toward annual and long-term revenue goals.
