Lead agency-wide continuous quality improvement initiatives: conduct clinical chart audits, coach staff, develop policies and documentation standards, monitor quality metrics, ensure MaineCare and behavioral health regulatory compliance, coordinate incident reporting, train staff, and partner with leadership to improve organizational performance and client outcomes.

Provide community-based assessments and short-term, solution-focused therapy for individuals with chronic mental illness and co-occurring substance use. Collaborate with peers, RN, care coordinators, and community providers, offer trauma-informed and recovery-oriented services, and maintain flexible, client-centered schedules.
