Teams at Alternative Payments

Build and own production-grade internal applications, dashboards, automations, AI agents, integrations, and infrastructure-enabled systems. Partner with Operations, Product, Data, and Engineering to translate business problems into scalable solutions, prototype new products, review AI-assisted code, and ensure reliability, performance, maintainability, and technical quality. The role requires independent end-to-end delivery, architectural judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and accountability in an ambiguous, high-autonomy environment.

Own the partnerships lifecycle across North America, including prospecting, outbound outreach, onboarding, activation, referral generation, and relationship management. Represent the company at conferences, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, improve scalable partnership processes, and mentor team members. The role requires building a partnership program from scratch in a fast-moving FinTech environment.

Own and scale the North American partnerships program from prospecting and outreach through onboarding, activation, referrals, and ongoing relationship management.
