Build and maintain production pipelines for AI model evaluation, scoring, monitoring, and optimization. Develop embeddings, classifiers, scoring services, dashboards, and internal tools for agent observability and safety. Apply fine-tuning and model adaptation techniques, run structured experiments, assess performance tradeoffs, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to ship reliable AI capabilities.

Lead enterprise deployments of Alterion from integration through production rollout. Build customer-specific integrations and adapters for agent frameworks, model providers, and observability systems; configure policies and dashboards; diagnose complex production issues; and translate field learnings into product prototypes and roadmap requirements. The role combines software engineering, platform deployment, customer collaboration, and technical problem-solving in secure enterprise environments.

Design, build, and own backend and distributed systems for a cloud-native platform supporting AI agent identity, policy enforcement, observability, and lifecycle management. The role includes developing secure APIs, making architecture tradeoffs, owning services through production, establishing engineering standards, leading design reviews, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with security, AI, and product teams.

Own Alterion’s AI agent security and governance product, including real-time detection, policy enforcement, risk scoring, audit, and enterprise controls. Partner with ML engineering to develop governance intelligence, conduct discovery with enterprise security and platform leaders, translate threat models into requirements, structure pilots, and shape the product category and narrative.
