Act as an extension of Product Owners to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into delivery-ready requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, map As-Is/To-Be processes, identify dependencies, risks, and compliance/security constraints, and support features from discovery through release. Leverage AI tools to streamline documentation, backlog analysis, meeting summarization, and risk identification.

Lead global sales for a B2B sportsbook provider as a player-manager: close high-value deals, build and coach a global enterprise sales team, set and track KPIs with execs, align sales operations across functions, manage CRM and pipeline, negotiate complex contracts, represent the company at events, and travel frequently.

Work with product and business stakeholders to analyse transactional data, design and prototype analytical models, run feasibility studies, build testable analytical applications, create dashboards and visualizations, and support data architecture and documentation. Requires strong SQL, Python/pandas, statistics and BI tool skills, plus collaboration with data engineering and infrastructure teams to shape data flow and analytic solutions.
