Lead embedded product development projects from concept through production release. Manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, milestones, Agile processes, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional coordination across hardware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, certification, and external partners. Support stage-gate reviews, product launches, vendor oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop and support software, automation platforms, databases, and user interfaces for powertrain laboratory testing. Responsibilities include integrating hardware and instrumentation, creating C# applications and SQL databases, maintaining ASP.NET MVC interfaces, troubleshooting test-cell systems, supporting data acquisition and analysis, and contributing to EPA and CARB regulatory testing. The role works closely with engineers and technicians to improve laboratory reliability, efficiency, and test processes.

Develops, validates, tests, and launches engine aftertreatment hardware systems. Responsibilities include creating test plans, conducting testing with rigs, engine cells, and vehicles, evaluating data, resolving field issues, releasing calibration updates, collaborating with global cross-functional teams, and communicating technical findings. The role also supports suppliers and production applications and requires domestic and international travel as needed.
