Supports PCBA bring-up, characterization, validation, troubleshooting, and integration for electronic and analytical instrument platforms. Develops hardware test plans, debugs analog and digital circuits, performs root cause analysis, documents engineering findings, updates designs, and supports qualified hardware production. Collaborates with cross-functional teams on multiple product development programs using laboratory diagnostic equipment and PCB design documentation.

Develop and maintain firmware and embedded software for aircraft and ground-station systems using microcontrollers, embedded Linux, ARM, and RTOS platforms. Responsibilities include board bring-up, device-driver development, sensor and actuator integration, communication protocol selection, hardware/software debugging, verification, flight testing, production release, and field issue resolution. The role owns embedded subsystems end-to-end and collaborates with electrical, mechanical, software, safety, operations, and production teams.

Leads factory and site layout design for manufacturing facilities, including master planning, material flow, warehouse operations, logistics infrastructure, and capacity expansion. Develops 2D and 3D layouts, integrates PFEP strategies, analyzes throughput and space utilization, and supports line balancing, OEE, commissioning, validation, and production ramp-up. Collaborates with manufacturing, supply chain, facilities, construction, and EHS teams while presenting recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders.
