Lead Advanced Hardware Engineering (AHE) operations and AI enablement: run quarterly planning, budgeting, JIRA hygiene, configuration management, and define/deploy LLM-based automation tools across JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Suite to increase TPM and engineering productivity. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and report program status, risks, and issues to leadership.

Lead multi-project, regulated product-development programs to deliver on scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Manage staffing, vendors, risk, reporting, customer coordination, proposals, and business development support. Drive process improvements, training, and mentor project managers while providing program-level leadership and stakeholder communication.

Design and analyze high-efficiency DC/DC converters, switching regulators, and power switching circuits (including GaN FETs). Create schematics and PCB documentation with OrCAD/Allegro/Altium, perform SPICE simulations, worst-case/stability/thermal analyses, select space-qualified components, support hardware bring-up, validation testing, and integrate with spacecraft power and avionics subsystems.
