Own CAD, BOM, GD&T, tolerance strategies, hardware integration, supplier coordination, testing, and regulatory compliance. Support prototype, pilot, and production builds by resolving fit, finish, structural, sealing, and dimensional issues. Apply mechanical, sheet metal, stamping, hemming, and joining expertise while driving root-cause corrective actions and engineering changes through launch.
