Support and grow cardiology, pulmonary, and PCM programs across an assigned territory by performing spirometry, obtaining consents, enrolling patients, training facility staff, maintaining equipment, and coordinating care. Travel regularly to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, maintain visitation schedules, identify operational barriers, and communicate opportunities to leadership while ensuring compliance with clinical and privacy policies.

Provide administrative and operational support to the COO and leadership: manage calendars, prepare reports and presentations, track projects and initiatives, coordinate cross-department communication, maintain trackers and action logs, assist with implementation of policies and events, support travel and vendor logistics, handle confidential information, and identify process improvements.

Perform independent echocardiograms and support pulmonary diagnostics across skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Coordinate patient preparation, documentation, scheduling, and clinical workflows. Build facility relationships, communicate patient concerns to providers, support onboarding, and maintain infection control and equipment standards while traveling between assigned locations.
