Lead strategic sourcing, procurement, inventory and logistics for nonhuman primates to support preclinical studies. Manage vendors, forecast supply, ensure regulatory and animal welfare compliance (GLP, AWA, USDA, IACUC), coordinate import/export and quarantine, support audits, partner with veterinary and scientific teams, and drive process improvements and reporting to ensure study readiness and on-time execution.

Lead immunogenicity (ligand-binding) assay development, validation, and sample analysis for clinical and nonclinical studies; act as client-facing Bioanalytical PI, mentor analysts, troubleshoot assays, report results, and ensure compliance with GCP/GLP/SOPs.

Lead enterprise site partnership strategy and manage executive relationships with investigative sites to improve start‑up, enrollment, contracting efficiency, and study delivery. Oversee site tiers, performance metrics, contracting, onboarding high‑performing sites, cross‑functional issue escalation, and integration of site insights into protocol design and operational planning. Represent the organization externally and report site trends to senior leadership.
