Teams at Altasciences

Provides financial support for assigned projects by loading and reconciling budgets, billing and revenue schedules; recording revenue recognition; analyzing project variances, accruals, WIP and deferred revenue; preparing financial reports; monitoring contract compliance and cash flow; and partnering with project teams on forecasts, change orders, communications and issue resolution.

Leads organizational development initiatives focused on organizational effectiveness, leadership and talent development, succession planning, career frameworks, and change management. Partners with HR and business leaders to assess organizational needs, design interventions, facilitate workshops, manage transformation efforts, and measure outcomes using workforce data and talent insights. Develops scalable frameworks, tools, and processes while advising stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Owns configuration, support, reporting, integrations, and continuous improvement across Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Payroll, and enterprise reporting. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, and HRIS to resolve complex issues, maintain controls, reconcile data, lead testing and releases, support financial processes, and deliver scalable solutions. Leads enhancements, requirements workshops, documentation, governance, and stakeholder communications while mentoring other analysts.
