Lead immunogenicity (ligand-binding) assay development, validation, and sample analysis for clinical and nonclinical studies; act as client-facing Bioanalytical PI, mentor analysts, troubleshoot assays, report results, and ensure compliance with GCP/GLP/SOPs.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level, technical, scientific, high-volume and professional roles. Partner with hiring managers on sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and timely hiring. Maintain ATS data, build talent pipelines, support employer branding, track recruiting metrics, ensure compliance, and drive recruitment process improvements.

Manage receipt, storage, inventory, requests, distribution, shipping and tracking of reference standards (RFS). Maintain safety data sheets and certificates of analysis, update records, and control stock. Perform duties in compliance with SOPs, GCP and GLP, and follow laboratory health, safety, and documentation procedures.
