Manage end-to-end preparation and coordination of bioanalytical quotes: compile scientific and financial inputs, create and update proposals in CRM, manage change orders and version control, liaise with BD and Scientific Evaluators, maintain documentation, follow workflows, and drive process improvements.

Serve as primary client host and advocate, coordinate client visits, track program timelines and budgets, facilitate cross-functional meetings, support BD and operations, manage client satisfaction program, and assist with reporting and Salesforce/Smartsheet data entry.

Serves as single point of control for nonclinical studies, independently directing GLP studies from protocol development through data interpretation, reporting, IACUC submission, QA audit response, sponsor communication, vendor coordination, and archiving. Prepares high-quality study reports, monitors milestones, and ensures regulatory compliance.
