Develops and maintains GLP-compliant training programs, SOPs, qualification requirements, and training records. Coordinates schedules, cross-training, documentation, deadlines, and staff assignments. Provides hands-on technical training, evaluates competency, supports process standardization, responds to quality audits and corrective actions, and performs data quality control. The role also supports regulated vivarium studies, research procedures, personnel coordination, and facility organization.

Lead development and optimization of regulatory-ready LC-MS/MS bioanalytical methods for small molecules, peptides, biologics, biomarkers, and oligonucleotides. Oversee sample preparation, analysis, data interpretation, troubleshooting, documentation, client communications, method transfer, and collaboration with validation and operations teams while maintaining regulatory and safety standards.

Conducts independent audits of clinical and laboratory studies, documents, vendors, equipment, software, and processes for compliance with protocols, SOPs, GxP standards, and regulations. Reports findings, evaluates corrective responses, maintains QA records, identifies compliance trends, supports process improvements, and assists with regulatory and client inspections. Requires a science-related bachelor’s degree or equivalent pharmaceutical industry experience.
