Provide exceptional guest service by building relationships, processing transactions accurately, supporting opening/closing and inventory tasks, maintaining merchandise organization and displays, adhering to loss prevention and safety practices, and representing the brand through appearance and positive conduct.

Provides a welcoming, world-class shopping experience by assisting guests, offering styling recommendations, achieving sales goals, and supporting store operations. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, stocking and organizing merchandise, processing transactions, returns, and exchanges, assisting with inventory tasks, maintaining store cleanliness, and following company policies. Must be available for nights and weekends and meet physical requirements involving standing, walking, lifting, bending, and operating retail equipment.

Leads all store operations for the Revival fitness apparel brand, including sales, guest service, recruiting, associate development, payroll, expenses, loss prevention, inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation. Analyzes business reports and trends, manages staffing and performance goals, coaches associates, maintains brand standards, and drives team and guest engagement. The role requires retail leadership, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
