Supports associate appreciation, employee engagement, company events, hospitality initiatives, and mission-driven programs across Home Office and field teams. Responsibilities include coordinating events, logistics, communications, recognition activities, guest support, and culture-building projects. The intern partners with departments and store teams to strengthen connection, belonging, and associate experience. Success requires strong organization, communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and enthusiasm for hospitality and serving others.

Supports end-to-end talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, resume review, pipeline building, interview scheduling, candidate logistics, ATS maintenance, phone screenings, selection activities, and onboarding coordination. The intern also helps deliver a positive candidate experience and develops foundational skills in human resources and people development.

Supports IT help desk operations and technology projects across retail stores, distribution centers, and corporate environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software, managing tickets, assisting with system imaging and rollouts, analyzing service metrics, documenting procedures and resolutions, tracking project tasks, and providing user-focused technical support. The intern will contribute to process improvement, automation, service quality, and cross-functional IT initiatives.
