Supports youth and young adults receiving mental health services by building trusting relationships, coaching behavioral and social skills, facilitating recovery-focused groups, connecting participants with community resources, and advocating for their needs. Maintains timely clinical documentation, participates in treatment teams and staff meetings, follows confidentiality and organizational policies, and completes required training and performance-improvement activities.

Provides direct behavioral health support to children, adolescents, and adults in an acute psychiatric and residential setting. Monitors consumer safety, assists with personal care and daily activities, leads groups, supports education and treatment schedules, documents observations, manages crises, and applies de-escalation, seclusion, and restraint procedures. Collaborates with nursing, therapy, recreation, and treatment teams while maintaining a safe, respectful therapeutic environment.

Provides community-based mental health case management for adults and children, including needs assessments, individualized service planning, resource linkage, crisis de-escalation, advocacy, outreach, life-skills training, transportation assistance, and progress monitoring. Maintains clinical records, manages a consumer caseload, collaborates with treatment teams, supports least restrictive placements, and documents services according to organizational standards.
