Leads a software engineering delivery pod, setting architecture and technical direction while ensuring quality, scope, and timelines. Manages and develops engineers through regular feedback, hiring, and resource planning. Champions AI-assisted development, responsible AI, and inclusive team culture. Coordinates with clients and stakeholders, supports pre-sales activities, resolves engineering blockers, and contributes to cross-pod technical guilds.

Own the technical product roadmap for AltaML’s AltaForge platform, making decisions about architecture, costs, performance, observability, reusable libraries, and scalability. Conduct technical discovery, evaluate frameworks and AI tools through prototypes, track agentic programming trends, and translate findings into product decisions. Partner closely with engineers and developers as internal customers while supporting external client needs. The role requires prior software engineering, technical product management, agentic systems, LLM applications, and developer-focused platform or tooling experience.

Design, develop, and maintain production-ready full-stack products and ETL pipelines for data extraction and ingestion. Improve document ingestion and RAG-based AI assistants through LLM integration. Participate in architecture, design, code reviews, requirements analysis, estimation, testing, and cross-functional collaboration while taking ideas from conception to production.
