Coordinates with clients and stakeholders, supports pre-sales activities, resolves engineering blockers, and contributes to cross-pod technical guilds.

Own the technical product roadmap for AltaML’s AltaForge platform, making decisions about architecture, costs, performance, observability, reusable libraries, and scalability. Conduct technical discovery, evaluate frameworks and AI tools through prototypes, track agentic programming trends, and translate findings into product decisions. Partner closely with engineers and developers as internal customers while supporting external client needs. The role requires prior software engineering, technical product management, agentic systems, LLM applications, and developer-focused platform or tooling experience.

Conduct user research and discovery, identify product friction, and translate findings into user stories, requirements, wireframes, and prototypes. Support product testing, feedback cycles, releases, client communications, and release notes. Use AI tools throughout the product development process while collaborating with product and engineering teams in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.
