Partners with executives, clients, industry leaders, and engineering teams to identify use cases, translate business needs into production-ready systems, deploy solutions through AltaForge, establish evaluation standards, and deliver measurable adoption, ROI, and lifecycle value. The role also supports account growth and recurring revenue through successful AI implementation.

Leads a software engineering delivery pod, setting architecture and technical direction while ensuring quality, scope, and timelines. Manages and develops engineers through regular feedback, hiring, and resource planning. Champions AI-assisted development, responsible AI, and inclusive team culture. Coordinates with clients and stakeholders, supports pre-sales activities, resolves engineering blockers, and contributes to cross-pod technical guilds.

Own the technical product roadmap for AltaML’s AltaForge platform, making decisions about architecture, costs, performance, observability, reusable libraries, and scalability. Conduct technical discovery, evaluate frameworks and AI tools through prototypes, track agentic programming trends, and translate findings into product decisions. Partner closely with engineers and developers as internal customers while supporting external client needs. The role requires prior software engineering, technical product management, agentic systems, LLM applications, and developer-focused platform or tooling experience.
