Provides administrative support to an assigned unit, including appointment scheduling, caller assistance, memo and meeting-minute preparation, customer service, project coordination, and invoice and expense-report monitoring. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of comparable office experience. Prior healthcare experience is preferred.

Serves as a strategic and hands-on HR partner for a designated business unit, delivering employee relations, talent acquisition, retention, engagement, compensation, benefits, training, and performance management support. Advises management on complex HR matters, anticipates workforce needs, aligns HR strategies with business objectives, and coordinates solutions across HR and Operations. Requires strong knowledge of employment laws and multiple HR disciplines.

Coordinates social media efforts, maintains organizational location listings, monitors and responds to online reviews, supports service recovery, promotes healthcare services, and develops impactful digital storytelling. The role collaborates with organizational leaders and community members to address concerns professionally while advancing AltaMed’s mission and strategic goals across digital channels.
