Lead business transformation for EAM/ERP replacement across operations: define requirements, operating model, data stewardship, readiness, adoption, benefits realization, governance, and executive reporting while managing a 10-20 person team and partnering with IS and external vendors.

Manage financial project controls for Direct Assign portfolios: set up WBS in SAP, prepare estimates/forecasts/billings, assess cost performance and risks, produce monthly status reports, ensure regulatory and procedural compliance, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Lead transmission line design and project engineering from scoping through close-out for capital, customer, rebuild and emergency projects. Prepare PLS-CADD models, design packages, studies and BOMs; resolve field/design issues; coordinate with PMs, designers, EPCs, procurement and construction; support standards, mentoring and technical governance.
