Leads a customer retention team in an inbound service center by training and coaching representatives, handling escalated cancellation calls, reviewing performance and save opportunities, communicating customer resolutions, monitoring emails, and analyzing metrics to improve team systems and results.

Coordinate sales competitions, leadership events, company trips, recognition programs, employee travel and housing, incentive shipments, and operational improvements. The role works closely with sales managers and executives, manages projects with broad employee impact, and requires strong organization, problem-solving, ownership, reliability, spreadsheet comfort, and the ability to learn software quickly.
