Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts, lead complex sales cycles, and drive revenue across alt21’s FX hedging products. Build and manage a team of Analysts, BDRs, and Senior BDRs while coaching closers and supporting live deals. Partner with sales, operations, onboarding, and product teams to improve client outcomes. Champion CRM, automation, dashboards, and data-driven processes to scale commercial performance.

Generate and qualify new business opportunities through high-volume outbound activity, build a personal sales pipeline, book meetings, and support senior colleagues on live FX and treasury deals. The role requires learning spot, forwards, options, and treasury products, managing CRM and outreach tools, tracking activity metrics, building early client relationships, and communicating pipeline updates clearly. Candidates should be motivated by target-driven sales, confident on the phone, curious about financial markets, coachable, resilient, and comfortable with outbound calling.

Own a personal B2B sales book from prospecting through close, consistently meeting qualified-account, meeting, and new-account targets. Execute spot and forward FX deals, support colleagues as a closer, mentor Analysts and BDRs, and potentially manage a direct report. Use CRM, execution platforms, automation, and dashboards to manage pipeline activity. Collaborate with sales, operations, and onboarding teams while contributing to strategic revenue generation and account growth.
