Coordinate daily freight transportation, including shipment scheduling, carrier negotiations, delivery appointments, tracking, documentation, billing support, and compliance. Serve as the communication link among carriers, suppliers, customers, sales, buyers, warehouses, and internal teams. Maintain transportation systems, spreadsheets, and schedules while monitoring carrier performance and resolving delays. The role is full-time, office-based in Friesland, Wisconsin, with flexibility for rotating on-call or weekend support.
