Uses market and competitive intelligence to guide initiatives, manages pitches, proposals, rankings, events, budgets, and thought leadership, and tracks outcomes. Supports lateral partner integration and supervises BD team members while strengthening client relationships and firm visibility.

Manages attorney recruitment and hiring for the Washington, DC and Chicago offices, including entry-level, lateral, policy advisor, law student, and summer associate programs. Partners with firm leadership and hiring committees, oversees recruiting vendors and relationships, manages budgets and staff, supports diversity initiatives, coordinates on-campus engagement, and contributes to firmwide projects. The role requires regular travel, strong leadership, communication, organization, and knowledge of recruiting technology and legal-market practices.

Designs and produces print and digital communications, branded campaigns, presentations, social media assets, HTML emails, and client-facing materials. Creates visual concepts, infographics, data visualizations, and multimedia using Adobe Creative Cloud and AI-powered tools. Collaborates with attorneys, business development, recruiting, and administrative teams, maintains brand standards and digital assets, prepares production-ready files, and manages multiple creative projects and deadlines.
