The Human Resources Manager supports attorneys and staff across employee relations, performance management, HR operations, compliance, onboarding, talent acquisition, professional development, and engagement programs. The role partners with business leaders and HR teams, manages evaluations and workflows, maintains employment records, supports HRIS and payroll processes, oversees an office budget, and ensures a high-quality employee experience.

Supports application development, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and system enhancements for law firm technology solutions. The intern will work on mobile and web applications, data science initiatives, AI tools, integrations, and cloud-based platforms. Responsibilities include collaborating with developers, analysts, attorneys, business users, and stakeholders to design solutions, analyze requirements, and support the software development lifecycle.

Administer and optimize the Firm’s Workday platform and related HR systems. Maintain workforce data integrity, security, reporting, dashboards, integrations, and business processes. Analyze workforce trends and deliver actionable insights while supporting audits, testing, upgrades, implementations, governance, and process improvements. Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective HRIS solutions, troubleshoot issues, provide training, and manage related projects and workstreams.
