Coordinate and execute client-focused in-person and virtual events, manage logistics, vendors, budgets, registrations, sponsorships, client gifting and ticket programs, maintain records, collaborate across teams, and support event technology and post-event follow-up.

Provide high-level administrative, operational, and analytical support to attorneys and practice groups: prepare and reconcile client/matter reports, manage time and expense entries, coordinate travel and meetings, handle document production and records management, and support business development and client-service initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and improving processes.

Provide transactional securities paralegal support for investment funds: prepare and file SEC and state filings (Form IDs, Form Ds, Form NF, Section 16s), conduct blue sky research, manage EDGAR Next/NASAA submissions, liaise with regulators, assist with entity formation, proofread documents, track filings and deadlines, and provide backup support across the Investment Funds team. Requires overtime as needed.
