Designs and delivers technology training for attorneys and staff across firm applications, Microsoft Copilot, collaboration platforms, and legal software. Creates instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning content; administers the LMS; develops technical documentation; supports software rollouts, testing, surveys, and training coordination; and partners with departments to assess needs and build learning programs. Travel to other offices may be required.

Manages client account portfolios, monitors invoice and e-billing status, resolves disputes and payment discrepancies, and supports timely collections. Communicates with clients, attorneys, billers, and Finance teams; analyzes aging and payment trends; documents collection activity; prioritizes risks; and maintains professional client relationships while meeting collection objectives.

Provides administrative support to attorneys and legal administrative assistants, including expense processing, time entry, travel coordination, conference room scheduling, correspondence formatting, shipping, mailing projects, phone coverage, confidential mail handling, document organization, database entry, and file maintenance. Requires strong organizational, communication, technology, and prioritization skills, along with familiarity with office procedures and AI productivity tools.
