Own vehicle architecture, layout, component design, packaging, and integration from concept through production release. Lead integration and virtual build reviews, manage CAD and BOM, perform tolerance stack-ups and GD&T, support prototypes and pre-series production, and balance cost, mass, manufacturability, performance, service, and reliability across the vehicle program.

Develop and maintain controls software test infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks across MIL, SIL, HIL, and vehicle environments. Translate requirements into test strategies, analyze Simulink and Stateflow models and generated C code, validate embedded controls and propulsion modules, investigate defects, analyze CAN and telemetry data, and support controls engineers with tooling and integration issues.
