Lead and execute advocacy communications that translate policy priorities into campaigns, Capitol Hill materials, grassroots mobilization, and rapid-response messaging. Partner with government affairs, care, research, and development teams to create accessible content, support national advocacy events, train spokespeople, measure cross-channel impact, and supervise communications staff, vendors, and freelancers.

Manage planning and execution of annual fundraising events (golf tournament and gala) to meet a $400K+ goal. Recruit and steward chairs, sponsors, and volunteers; coordinate vendors, logistics, promotions, budgets, and sponsor benefits; analyze event performance and reports; collaborate with development, marketing, care services, and territory teams; maintain donor database and produce event materials; attend events and meetings.

Manage day-to-day execution of digital product and service enablement: plan and deliver training, create and maintain enablement content and SOPs, run support operations analytics, manage project plans for system rollouts, and partner with Data & Technology and business stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
