Manage Independence & Mobility program services with emphasis on virtual home assessments: evaluate home accessibility, identify barriers, recommend modifications and assistive technology, produce written reports, track records and metrics in ClickUp, provide client education and follow-up, and support program development and stakeholder communication.

Manage day-to-day execution of digital product and service enablement: plan and deliver training, create and maintain enablement content and SOPs, run support operations analytics, manage project plans for system rollouts, and partner with Data & Technology and business stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Manage peer-to-peer fundraising events and volunteer committees to generate $400K–$500K (territory goal $500K+), cultivate corporate and donor relationships, oversee event logistics and budgets, collaborate with Care Services and MarCom, run reports and analyze fundraising data, represent the organization publicly, and support territory development initiatives.
