Manage and execute signature fundraising events and third-party events to meet a $500,000+ income goal. Recruit and steward event committees and corporate partners, handle event logistics and budgets, collaborate with marketing, care services, and volunteers, represent the organization publicly, and support territory fundraising initiatives.

Lead and manage a fundraising team to execute peer-to-peer events (Walk to Defeat ALS, Team Challenge ALS, distinguished events). Develop strategies to meet revenue and recruitment goals, manage budgets and donations, collaborate with Individual Giving and Corporate Development, provide volunteer support, analyze event data, create outreach materials, and supervise staffing and HR responsibilities.
