Partners with physician and health system leadership to improve service delivery, profitability, clinical quality, and team engagement.

Provide primary and acute medical care to residents in assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, and group homes across North Denver and surrounding Colorado facilities. Full- or part-time role with flexible scheduling, alternating call, and an uncapped wRVU-based compensation model. The Program Manager owns annual Medicare Advantage risk adjustment and Star Ratings programs, coordinating coding, clinical quality, IT, analytics, vendors, and health plan stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing timelines, HCC and chart review workflows, RAF and Stars performance, EDS reconciliation, CMS methodology changes, dashboards, data integrity, compliance, RADV audit readiness, and executive reporting. The role translates technical and regulatory information into operational plans and business decisions.
