Manage substitute teacher program operations, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and supporting substitute teachers. Maintain staffing, attendance, payroll, and personnel records; coordinate with schools; develop recruiting and training materials; ensure employment compliance; and address last-minute staffing needs. The role is on-site, requires early weekday hours, occasional local travel and events, and supports operational reporting.
