Provide daily client service and administrative support to Wealth Management Officers: respond to client requests, process deposits/transfers/trades, prepare account opening/closing documents, maintain client records, schedule reviews and appointments, conduct administrative Annual Account Reviews, and support office mail/telephone duties. Develop familiarity with ABWM processes and Global Wealth Enterprise Solution while maintaining confidentiality and strong client relationships.

Performs daily deposit operations including monitoring new account setup and CIP documentation, processing returned mail and item transactions, scanning/indexing documents, reconciling internal accounts and balancing cash, handling exception items (chargebacks, NSF, returns), foreign item processing, VODs, and DDA/CIF maintenance. Provides clerical support, completes internal teller and new accounts training, and ensures compliance with procedures and reporting.

Manage day-to-day operations of physical security systems (access control, alarms, cameras); update documentation; assist audits and installations; respond to alerts; perform facility reviews; create reports; coordinate security awareness and work onsite regularly.
