Owns end-to-end SaaS operations for multi-tenant banking customers, including SLAs, incident management, releases, disaster recovery, compliance audits, capacity planning, tenant cost modeling, and regional Azure operations. The role leads reliability and platform operations, establishes repeatable bank onboarding, designs multi-region on-call coverage, and partners with executives, engineering teams, Microsoft, and bank security teams.

Own end-to-end technical delivery for wealth technology clients, including client-specific adapter development, API integrations, data mapping, tenant configuration, deployments, and production troubleshooting. Lead technical calls, translate business and technical constraints, make scoped architectural decisions, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and contribute reusable documentation and platform feedback. The role involves client-site travel of less than 20%.

Lead the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for a B2B wealth technology platform spanning trading, portfolio management, ledger, robo-advisory, and omnichannel experiences. Translate business problems into technical specifications, define APIs and non-functional requirements, use data and AI to guide decisions, and coordinate delivery across engineering, design, data science, and leadership. The role also requires customer-centric product development, telemetry and metrics ownership, and strong wealth management domain expertise.
