Manage complex SAP landscapes end to end, including design, deployment, maintenance, upgrades, integrations, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and infrastructure optimization. Lead SAP security architecture, roles, authorizations, segregation-of-duties controls, authentication, and SSO. Oversee BTP environments and coordinate maintenance with SAP ECS in RISE with SAP implementations. Document architecture and operating procedures, improve delivery processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide scheduled on-call support.

Defines long-term software architecture and technical roadmaps, leads complex software development and integration initiatives, resolves challenging technical problems, establishes engineering best practices, mentors engineers, and influences cross-functional teams. The role translates clinical and business needs into scalable, reliable software while supporting system integration, clinical evaluations, and future platform investments.
