The Graduate Growth Operations Associate will enhance user engagement through data analysis, process improvement, and managing engagement initiatives to boost user counts.

Provide commercial legal advice across global, multi-jurisdictional matters: negotiate client and vendor contracts, draft policies, deliver compliance training, manage IP, data privacy, sanctions, regulatory, employment and tax issues, and support senior leadership in a fast-paced scaling business.

Work on client protection and compliance by monitoring projects, flagging and mitigating risks, advising delivery teams, designing global policies, and delivering trainings. Role requires strong communication, critical thinking, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
