Sources and recruits industry experts for time-sensitive client research projects. Responsibilities include researching prospects, conducting outreach to executives through LinkedIn, email, and phone, connecting experts with investors, managing multiple projects, and meeting performance quotas. The role may progress into customer-facing account management and primary research project leadership.

Lead and execute AlphaSense brand strategy and design systems across campaigns, product storytelling, OOH, web, social, and events. Provide hands-on creative direction, mentor and grow the design team, partner cross-functionally and with agencies, and evolve scalable visual systems that integrate product and communicate trust to enterprise audiences.

Acquire new Financial Services clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks, and sell-side research departments. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and relationship development through product demonstrations, trials, forecasting, and closing. Build territory pipeline, exceed sales targets, partner with marketing and product specialists, support user adoption, and relay market feedback to internal teams.
