Leads the strategy, architecture, engineering, governance, and evolution of Salesforce and the broader revenue systems ecosystem. Builds and manages a high-performing team of engineers, architects, administrators, and technical professionals; establishes modern development, CI/CD, testing, deployment, observability, security, and governance practices; owns platform roadmaps and architectural decisions; and drives AI adoption across development and operations. Partners with executives and cross-functional leaders to balance scalability, reliability, data quality, compliance, technical debt, and business priorities.

Lead and scale Account Executive onboarding, ramp, and continuous enablement programs across APAC Financial Services. Develop training, playbooks, certifications, coaching, and qualification tools supporting usage-based pricing and AI value positioning. Partner with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to improve AE performance, track ramp KPIs, and optimize time-to-productivity for teams selling to investment banks, private equity firms, and hedge funds.

Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for Fortune 1000 corporate accounts, from prospecting and relationship building through product demonstrations, trials, forecasting, and deal closure. Partner with SDRs, Product Specialists, Sales leadership, and Account Management to generate pipeline, meet quota, support customer health, and identify expansion opportunities. Provide client feedback to sales and product teams.
