Manage HR operations across three hospitality venues, including UAE payroll and WPS compliance, employee documentation, onboarding, inductions, offboarding, final settlements, visa coordination, employee relations, disciplinary processes, leave tracking, probation reviews, and HR reporting. The role works directly with venue managers and frontline staff while supporting broader HR initiatives from the head office.

Provides in-house legal support across hospitality and F&B operations, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on corporate and operational matters, assessing legal risks, ensuring UAE regulatory compliance, supporting leases and partnerships, coordinating with external counsel and authorities, and maintaining legal policies, templates, and controls.

Lead AlphaMind’s technology function across multiple hospitality venues. Responsibilities include IT strategy, digital transformation, enterprise systems, infrastructure, integrations, helpdesk operations, vendor management, cybersecurity controls, disaster recovery, budgeting, asset governance, and venue technology launches. The role partners with executives and operational teams, manages service levels and suppliers, and delivers scalable technology solutions, including AI and workflow automation initiatives.
