Manage regulatory compliance for SEBI-regulated AIF, PMS, and Investment Advisory businesses. Responsibilities include monitoring regulations, maintaining compliance calendars, reviewing investment and client requirements, conducting compliance testing, coordinating regulatory filings and audits, developing policies and SOPs, overseeing AML/KYC controls, and responding to regulatory queries. The role requires independent interpretation of regulations, cross-functional coordination, detailed documentation, and proactive identification of compliance risks.

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance software for automated trading systems. Collaborate with quantitative researchers to define requirements, solve technical and quantitative problems, and build scalable, reliable live-trading systems. Continuously improve proprietary trading-system performance, scalability, and reliability while working across software engineering, mathematics, and quantitative finance.

Develop and deploy high-frequency trading algorithms, analyze market data and microstructure, create analytical tools and libraries, and develop and calibrate exchange simulators. The intern will explore trading ideas, identify market patterns, and support algorithmic strategies within a fast-paced proprietary trading environment.
