Design, operate, and optimize large-scale GPU/HPC clusters for distributed model training. Own cluster performance and reliability across GPUs, interconnect, storage, scheduler, monitoring, and tooling. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, perform RDMA programming and low-level debugging, manage InfiniBand/RoCE, GPUDirect, NCCL, CUDA/OFED, Slurm, and high-performance shared storage systems.
