Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data to produce insights and KPIs for Navy supply chain decisions. Prepare data for models, create visualizations and presentations, support clients and stakeholders, and ensure data quality. Work onsite with required Secret clearance.

Leads enterprise IT initiatives from architecture and security validation through delivery. Defines technical blueprints, evaluates trade-offs, manages scope, budgets, schedules, resources, governance, risks, dependencies, vendors, and technical deliverables. Aligns solutions with federal IT strategy, NIST/FISMA compliance, and acquisition processes. Bridges engineering teams and agency stakeholders while applying Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Requires extensive experience in IT architecture and complex, multi-year program management, including cloud migration, enterprise integration, and legacy modernization.

Manage software release planning and delivery for a major federal IT investment. Coordinate schedules, resources, dependencies, risks, readiness reviews, deployment plans, documentation, and go-live activities. Communicate timelines and requirements across teams, track progress, resolve roadblocks, provide weekly updates, and improve release and configuration management processes. The role also collaborates with development teams responsible for deployment automation tools.
