Supports DHS financial management and federal acquisition activities by maintaining contract files, budgets, spend plans, funding documents, invoices, and acquisition packages. Tracks obligations, commitments, expenditures, supplier performance, and contract renewals; investigates variances and recommends fund reallocations. Facilitates invoice reviews, management meetings, and integrated project teams while preparing reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and budget formulation materials.

Provides senior cybersecurity engineering and compliance leadership for federal information systems, operational technology, and cyber-physical platforms. Leads the NIST RMF lifecycle, authorization packages, vulnerability remediation, continuous monitoring, security assessments, Zero Trust integration, threat analysis, and executive reporting. Advises government stakeholders, supports DoD and DHS requirements, mentors cybersecurity staff, and may oversee task-order operations. Requires an active DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, CISSP-ISSAP or CISSP-ISSEP certification, and occasional CONUS travel.

Develops and supports ETL workflows, REST APIs, backend services, AWS file-transfer automation, legacy applications, and data-processing systems. Troubleshoots production issues, manages deployments across environments, improves monitoring and recovery, and documents technical systems. Requires SQL, relational database, API, data integration, batch-processing, and production support experience, along with U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass a Public Trust investigation.
