Develop and monitor HSE policies, conduct site inspections and risk assessments, investigate incidents, oversee facility and contractor safety, deliver training and emergency drills, maintain compliance documentation, and report performance to management. The role also engages regulators, facility teams, project teams, and tenants to promote safe operations and compliance with Nigerian and international standards.

Support end-to-end HR and people operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle, HRIS administration, HR data analysis and reporting, recruitment support, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, payroll coordination, and workforce metrics to inform management decisions.

The Risk Management & Internal Control Manager will develop and implement risk management frameworks and internal control systems, conduct risk assessments, ensure compliance, and prepare reports for senior management.
