Provide administrative and accounting support for a facility management site: maintain filing and asset registers, process supplier invoices and petty cash, raise purchase requisitions, prepare financial reports, reconcile vendor statements, support payroll timesheets, assist audits, manage procurement/inventory, liaise with vendors/clients, and ensure compliance with company and HSE policies.
