Serves as chief legal officer and strategic advisor to the CEO, board, and management. Oversees legal strategy, nonprofit governance, tax-exempt compliance, contracts, investigations, litigation, privacy, intellectual property, employment matters, outside counsel, insurance, and risk management. Develops compliance policies, manages legal operations and budgets, provides training, and protects the organization’s mission, assets, reputation, and regulatory standing.

Leads enterprise financial strategy, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, risk management, and financial systems modernization for a national nonprofit organization. Oversees multi-fund accounting, nonprofit tax compliance, chapter financial governance, grants, contracts, investments, audits, and internal controls. Advises executive leadership and the Board, manages finance personnel, and supports long-term fiscal sustainability, cybersecurity, and organizational transformation.
