Executive leader responsible for Alpha Delta Pi’s end-to-end membership experience, organizational growth, member education, leadership development, and chapter sustainability. Develops long-term strategy, performance measures, dashboards, and organization-wide initiatives while advising executive leadership and the Grand Council. Leads multidisciplinary teams, aligns member support and education functions, drives sustainable expansion, develops organizational leaders, and represents the organization in membership, higher education, and volunteer engagement matters.

Supports a portfolio of collegiate chapters within an assigned district by serving as a primary contact, facilitating visits, workshops, and networking, managing chapter administrative processes, collecting and analyzing data, and monitoring policy adherence. The role partners with volunteers and staff to establish goals, improve chapter operations, and implement procedures. It is remote, requires Alpha Delta Pi membership, and involves estimated travel of 50–70%.

Leads Alpha Delta Pi’s enterprise growth strategy, extension and market development, membership lifecycle innovation, and strategic projects. Analyzes demographic, higher education, membership, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and provide executive recommendations. Builds relationships with campus partners, volunteers, staff, and external stakeholders while coordinating cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution. The role also supports database and engagement-system strategy, organizational competitiveness, and long-term membership growth.
