Assess technology architecture, platforms, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, resilience, technology debt, scalability, and AI maturity. Develop cost, synergy, and benefit models; plan Day 1 cutovers, migrations, standalone technology environments, and TSA exits. Lead management sessions and workshops, produce investment-committee deliverables, support proposals, and mentor junior team members.

Build, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations, reports, data transformations, and technical data loads. Develop EIB, Core Connector, Studio, web service, XML, and XSLT solutions; participate in technical design; troubleshoot integration and authentication issues; perform testing and validation; maintain documentation; and support deployment, cutover, and production validation.
