Design, build, and operate Alpaca's scalable data platform and lakehouse infrastructure. Build low-latency streaming and CDC ingestion, batch pipelines landing in Iceberg, and tooling for BI and AI consumers. Manage IaC, Kubernetes deployments, monitoring/incident response, and partner with DevOps and analytics teams to meet growing data requirements.

Serve as the technical product expert supporting enterprise sales: present demos, translate requirements into solutions, own technical engagements (discovery, RFPs, validation), create sales collateral, advise on regional regulatory/compliance specifics, collaborate with Sales and Product, and travel as needed to close and onboard partners.

The Director of Compliance oversees the firm's compliance program, partnering with business units to ensure regulatory adherence and improve compliance processes. Responsibilities include drafting policies, managing regulatory filings, and supporting examinations.
