Own end-to-end IT operations for a globally distributed workforce, including cross-platform support, MDM administration, patch management, endpoint security, SaaS and identity access, onboarding and offboarding, automation, asset inventory, procurement, and cloud/IaC collaboration. The role requires strong macOS, Windows, and Linux expertise, participation in weekend on-call rotation, and experience improving secure, scalable IT systems in a remote environment.

Serve as the technical expert for enterprise partners, supporting customer relationships, pre-sales engagements, API consultations, solution design, integrations, onboarding, demos, RFPs, and security questionnaires. Translate customer, vendor, and regulatory requirements for product and engineering teams, support platform adoption, create technical documentation, and coordinate feature testing and rollouts. Requires strong API and enterprise customer experience, with fintech and securities knowledge preferred.

The Senior Accountant will manage journal entries, account reconciliations, monthly and annual close processes, financial statements, internal reporting, audits, tax documentation, reserves, and accounting policies. The role supports a multi-entity, regulated fintech environment and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve processes, controls, automation, and regulatory compliance.
