Responsible for outbound new-business sales: build and manage your own pipeline from target lists, use AI and modern sales tooling for personalised outreach, book demos, and close recurring SaaS deals with support from consultants and developers.

Provide production and test environment monitoring, resolve operational alerts and complex Mainframe/COBOL incidents, manage incident/change tickets to meet SLAs, run incident RCA and post-incident reports, maintain operational procedures and knowledge articles, and collaborate with development teams on application issues and maintenance.

Administer and secure enterprise Windows Server environments, manage Active Directory and Group Policy, coordinate patching and deployments, develop PowerShell automation, remediate vulnerabilities, troubleshoot incidents, support disaster recovery, and collaborate with Security, Network, IAM, and DevOps teams to modernize infrastructure.
