Sell subscription-based and licensed digital products to SMBs through the full B2B sales cycle. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, pipeline development, lead qualification, discovery calls, product demonstrations, negotiation, closing, CRM management, and achievement of sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with Marketing and Product, sharing customer insights, and independently managing multiple opportunities while maintaining strong conversion rates.

Lead technology projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, dependencies, and priorities. Act as the primary client contact, translate business needs into requirements and user stories, coordinate technical teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure decisions and progress are documented. The role also contributes to product priorities and solution shaping while managing multiple stakeholders and projects.

Own test planning and management for native iOS, Android, and web applications. Design and maintain Xray test cases and plans, perform manual testing, develop and improve automation, expand test coverage, and support defect investigation and resolution. Collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment while promoting AI tools in QA workflows and contributing to continuous process improvement.
