Leads procurement strategy and teams across real estate and construction business units. Responsibilities include strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, supplier performance monitoring, procurement forecasting, compliance, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvement. The role manages construction materials and subcontractor procurement while presenting savings, risks, and strategies to senior and board-level leadership.

Oversee construction quality assurance and quality control across project sites. Responsibilities include implementing quality plans, preparing ITPs and method statements, conducting inspections, verifying materials and test results, managing NCRs and CAPA, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, maintaining quality documentation, and preparing performance reports. The role covers structural, architectural, waterproofing, finishing, and MEP works while ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, Saudi Building Code requirements, and ISO 9001 principles.

Conduct risk-based internal audits across financial, operational, procurement, HR, project, and compliance processes. Evaluate internal controls, identify risks and fraud indicators, prepare audit documentation and reports, present findings to management and the Audit Committee, track corrective actions, support investigations, and assist with audit planning and risk assessments across subsidiaries.
