The Covered Warrant Trader performs market making, pricing, valuation, hedging, and risk management for covered warrant products. Responsibilities include monitoring market movements, volatility, positions, Greeks, trading performance, profit and loss, and risk exposure. The role also supports product issuance, lifecycle management, analytics tools, risk dashboards, automated reporting, and collaboration with Risk Management, IT, and Operations.

Leads covered warrant trading and market-making activities, including team supervision, pricing, hedging, risk management, portfolio performance, and P&L oversight. Develops quantitative models, trading tools, dashboards, and automated reports. Oversees covered warrant issuance and lifecycle management, monitors regulatory compliance, evaluates market conditions, and coordinates with risk, operations, finance, legal, and IT teams. Provides management with trading insights and business development recommendations.

Lead talent acquisition, employer branding, workforce planning, and training programs. Drive recruitment KPIs, headcount planning, succession and leadership development, HR digitalization, and regional HR projects while partnering with stakeholders.
