Teams at ALOFT AeroArchitects

Designs, analyzes, documents, and certifies aircraft structural components and modifications. Performs structural integrity assessments using classical methods and FEM, prepares substantiation reports and repair drawings, reviews engineering drawings, and supports FAA compliance under 14 CFR regulations. Provides liaison engineering support to hangar and production operations, evaluates discrepancies, recommends repairs, coordinates revisions and approvals, and communicates technical results to engineering leads and FAA representatives.

Leads VIP and high-occupancy aircraft completion programs from planning through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, risks, resources, customer relationships, FAA certification, testing, and regulatory compliance. Oversees engineering, production, logistics, subcontractors, and repair-station activities while forecasting costs and revenue through EVM. Provides program reporting, negotiates changes, supports business development, standardizes PM processes, and mentors program staff.

Design, analyze, test, document, and certify mechanical aircraft systems and components. Support installation, substantiation, FAA certification, trade studies, engineering drawings, repair dispositions, and liaison engineering for hangar operations. Apply mechanical design, materials, manufacturing, tolerance analysis, safety, cost, and regulatory compliance principles while collaborating with project teams and production staff.
