Serves as the first point of contact for clients by answering calls, handling inquiries, scheduling arborist appointments, maintaining calendars, recording customer information, and responding to voicemail, email, and website requests. The role also provides general service information, communicates schedule changes, addresses routine concerns, greets visitors, and supports filing, scanning, data entry, and other office duties.

The Administrative Assistant will support the CEO and top Sales Arborist through proposal management, scheduling, customer service, and maintaining client databases, ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Perform ground duties including pruning, equipment operation, site setup/cleanup, and assist crew leader with specialized tasks.
