Teams at Almost Family, LLC

Provides individualized career discovery, job development, placement, employer outreach, interview preparation, worksite analysis, onboarding coaching, and employment support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Maintains documentation and collaborates with clients, employers, supervisors, regional agencies, and community partners. The role is community-based and requires travel among workplaces and other service locations.
