Manage daily operations of the IDD division in Eugene: oversee budgeting, regulatory compliance, policy implementation, staff hiring/training and performance, documentation, community partnerships, and cross-department collaboration to ensure high-quality client services.

Provide scheduling and communication support for in-home care clients and caregivers. Respond to calls, emails, and mail; coordinate with community partners; perform administrative tasks; work alongside another scheduler to ensure coverage and client needs are met.
