Lead business development and institutional sales across Saudi Arabia, targeting government, semi-government, and large enterprise accounts. Manage complex B2B sales cycles, strategic relationships, partnerships, proposals, negotiations, account growth, pipeline forecasting, and executive stakeholder engagement. Develop business cases and pricing models while coordinating with internal teams to deliver digital learning, workforce development, and national skilling solutions.
