Customize HTML5 output with CSS and JavaScript, integrate APIs and LMS platforms using SCORM and xAPI, and apply AI tools, scripting, and automation to improve content production and voiceover workflows.

Designs and executes functional, regression, integration, system, exploratory, API, cross-platform, and cross-browser tests. Documents and tracks defects, validates releases, collaborates with product and engineering teams, supports root-cause analysis, and contributes to QA process improvements and test automation. The role also participates in requirements analysis, sprint planning, deployment validation, and production issue monitoring.

Design, build, and operate scalable, secure backend services. Drive architecture and technical strategy, improve performance and observability, mentor engineers, participate in planning and documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable backend systems.
